We specialize in processing precision sheet metal. Our specialty is welded thin plates with a thickness of 1.0 to 3.2 t.
We process large quantities of sensitive materials such as Zinkote, stainless steel, and aluminum.
In particular, we can manufacture welded aluminum (TIG) parts with a thickness of 1.0 to 10.0 t. We also manufacture parts used in airplanes.
In cooperation with a partner plant, we also provide coating, silk-screening, plating, and assembly services (including some types of harnesses).
We have obtained the ISO 9001-2007 and EA-21 standard certifications and passed detailed substance inspections for harmful materials and conflict minerals in recent years.
